- Benji the hunted: Lost at sea and washed ashore in the rugged backwoods of North America, Benji inadvertently becomes the guardian to an orphaned litter of cougar cubs. Together, they dodge untold perils from man and beast in an amazing odyssey to reach safety

- Lassie: The Carraclough family is forced to sell Lassie when they fall on hard times. On her journey of 500 miles, Lassie faces dangers, natural and human, and finds help in unexpected places as she returns to her home and the boy she loves
- My dog Skip: Set in Mississippi in the late 1940s and based on Willie Morris' boyhood memoirs. Eight-year-old Willie loses his only friend in the world to the draft until his mother gives him a puppy for his birthday
