Mark Wahlberg stars with martial arts superstar Chow Yun-Fat in this hard-hitting tale of deception, violence and betrayal in New York City's Chinatown . . . a story of an idealistic young cop and his senior officer--The Corruptor. Nick Chen (Chow Yun-Fat--Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon) is one of the most decorated police officers in New York City. But Chen has used his close ties with a group of Chinese "businessmen" known as the Triads to rise through the ranks. And as feud erupts between the Triads and the newly arrived and brutally violent Fukienese Dragons, idealistic cop Danny Wallace (Mark Wahlberg--The Perfect Storm) is assigned to Chinatown--unaware of how power and influence have compromised his superiors. Now, when the Tongs attempt to corrupt this young officer, Chen must reassess his loyalties
